No-Return Policy

  • Policy Overview: To ensure the integrity and safety of our products, Europharma Japan does not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to guarantee the quality and safety of our products to all our customers.
  • Health and Safety: Due to the nature of our healthcare products, returns could compromise product integrity and safety. For this reason, all sales are final upon purchase.

Refunds (Exceptions)

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: While we do not accept returns, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess each case individually and work towards a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement or refund.
  • Process: To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at europharmajapan@gmail.com with your order number, the issue, and photographic evidence of the problem. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed.
